I run a private practice, Chicago Addiction Therapy, working with people whose gambling, drinking, or substance use has stopped being something they can talk themselves out of.

Most of the people I see aren't at rock bottom. They're functioning — holding down work, showing up for their families — and quietly aware that something has gotten away from them. That's a good time to start, not a reason to wait.

I see clients in person in Logan Square and online across Illinois and Minnesota. I also work with partners and family members, who often carry more of this than anyone acknowledges.
